* except Highlands - please ask for prices. We aim to despatch orders within 14 days but additional processes for coatings on gates & railings will extend the delivery time. YOU MUST CHECK YOUR ORDER IS NOT DAMAGED BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR IT.
ORDER CANCELLATION - You may cancel an order within 14 days before it is despatched & you will be refunded in full. This excludes any made-to-measure items (which is ALL metal gates & railings) once the factory has already started manufacture. Once an item has been despatched we will refund the cost of the item on safe return less a handling charge to cover postage, packaging, credit card fees & re-stocking. You will be responsible for the safe return of the item and return cost. The goods remain your responsibility until received at our factory.
FAULTY ITEMS & GUARANTEE - We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We give a 10 year manufacturers guarantee on our metal gates, railings & handrails providing they have been installed, used & maintained as per the instructions, and a 1 year warranty on all other products. Timber is a natural product and will be subject to movement & weathering as it seasons. It is not uncommon for small splits to occur in timber when drying and warping when timber is allowed to dry too rapidly. These will normally go back when humidity rises and are not considered as faults. All metal products will require maintenance & protective treatments during the guarantee period & beyond. Ageing ie: rust, will occur on ungalvanised steel as a natural process. We will only refund the cost of the faulty items supplied by us or replace the items. We do not accept liability for any additional costs associated with the installation of the product including initial fitting & at any subsequent date costs associated with repairs, replacement, maintenance, additional treatments & preparations. Items returned that are NOT faulty will be subject to the handling charges as stated above. If you have faulty items please contact our office immediately via email or fax 01384 372948 advising the nature of the problem, date of purchase and name of purchaser. Please retain the original packaging. We will then advise of the appropriate actions.
PRIVACY POLICY - We collect only the necessary information required to process your order & payment. These details will NOT be passed to any third party & no record of your credit card details is stored by us. We use Sagepay, a completely secure payment system for your transaction.
